Specialities
-
We help people navigate life’s big changes—whether it’s moving to a new place, going through relationship shifts, raising kids, or changing careers. We work with clients to build practical self-care habits and coping skills to handle the stress that comes with these transitions. Together, we focus on finding ways to adjust and grow through life’s ups and downs.
-
We help clients manage anxiety and depression using practical, evidence-based tools tailored to their lifestyle. This includes weekly talk therapy sessions, as well as integrating habits like exercise, meditation, walking, journaling, good sleep hygiene, and reducing alcohol or drug use. When appropriate, we connect clients with psychiatric providers for medication support and nutritionists to guide them toward a balanced diet. Together, we create a holistic approach to mental wellness.
-
We provide consulting and emotional support to clients navigating the complex and often overwhelming world of fertility treatment. We help individuals and couples understand the process of fertility monitoring, medications, timed intercourse, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), and surrogacy. Our goal is to offer clarity, compassion, and informed guidance during what can be a highly emotional and confusing time.
-
We support clients coping with miscarriage and pregnancy loss by helping them navigate the deep and often complex grief that follows. We provide a compassionate space where clients can process their emotions in the moment and explore how their grief affects other areas of their lives—such as their relationships, older children, or subsequent pregnancies. Together, we work to understand and honor their loss while fostering healing and resilience as they move forward.
-
We provide specialized support for individuals and couples navigating the complex emotional journey of pregnancy after infertility or pregnancy loss. These experiences can bring a unique set of challenges, including heightened anxiety, fear, and difficulty fully embracing the pregnancy or early parenthood. Many who have undergone fertility treatments face higher rates of postpartum depression and anxiety, often because they feel pressure to be “grateful” or “okay” after investing so much time, energy, and hope into building their family.
Our work focuses on helping clients acknowledge and process these feelings without judgment. We support them in openly exploring fears, relationship struggles, and challenges with bonding, creating a safe space where they can express their true experience. Together, we work toward cultivating presence and emotional connection—not only during pregnancy but as they grow into confident, attuned parents.
By addressing these complex emotions early, clients can develop greater self-compassion and build stronger relationships with their partners and children, fostering resilience and well-being for the whole family.
-
We help clients gain insight into their patterns, needs, and desires within their relationships—whether with family, partners, or friends. Often, the most important relationship we focus on is the one they have with themselves.
-
We help clients improve their communication skills to build healthier and more effective relationships—whether with friends, dating partners, family members, or coworkers. We often use role-play to practice different ways of expressing needs and responding to others, allowing clients to hear how it feels to say things aloud. Sometimes, we also simulate conversations to explore different approaches and build confidence in real-life interactions.

TESTIMONIALS
“Working with Jaclyn has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. She supported me through some of the most difficult chapters—postpartum challenges, the emotional rollercoaster of IVF, and the loss of my brother. Through it all, Jaclyn provided a safe, compassionate space where I could process my grief, fears, and hopes without judgment.
Jaclyn’s insight, warmth, and steady presence helped me reconnect with myself in a time when I felt lost. I’m beyond grateful for her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating grief, motherhood, or major life transitions.

“I was fortunate enough to be able to be a client of Jaclyn's for 5 years, in both individual and group therapy. I began seeing Jaclyn immediately following a 30 day inpatient rehab stay for substance use disorder, and was mentally and emotionally in the worst place of my life when we started working together. For that first year she truly carried me through such an intense time - her dedication to providing me the best treatment that felt personalized to my situation and needs went above and beyond. Her ability to connect and make her clients feel safe and supported is truly a gift. A factor in my continued long-term sobriety has absolutely been being lucky enough to have Jaclyn as my therapist.”

“I started seeing Jackie when I was 16 years old and struggling in my high school relationship. I was never fond of talking to people I didn't know, but Jackie made confiding in her so easy from the very first appointment (that I refused to talk to her in haha). I am now 19 years old, and the most recent transition Jackie has helped me combat was leaving my school of 13 years, to go out of state for college by committing to staying for short amounts at a time. That short time I thought I committed to just turned into 9 months, and it is already time to move out. The progress I have seen in myself, the confidence I have gained, and the amount of self-love I have today could not have been accomplished without Jackie. From the bottom of my heart, I can't thank her enough for the endless support, safe space, and sense of self she has given me these past (nearly) 4 years.”
