“Working with Jaclyn has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. She supported me through some of the most difficult chapters—postpartum challenges, the emotional rollercoaster of IVF, and the loss of my brother. Through it all, Jaclyn provided a safe, compassionate space where I could process my grief, fears, and hopes without judgment.
Jaclyn’s insight, warmth, and steady presence helped me reconnect with myself in a time when I felt lost. I’m beyond grateful for her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating grief, motherhood, or major life transitions.”

“I was fortunate enough to be able to be a client of Jaclyn's for 5 years, in both individual and group therapy. I began seeing Jaclyn immediately following a 30 day inpatient rehab stay for substance use disorder, and was mentally and emotionally in the worst place of my life when we started working together. For that first year she truly carried me through such an intense time - her dedication to providing me the best treatment that felt personalized to my situation and needs went above and beyond. Her ability to connect and make her clients feel safe and supported is truly a gift. A factor in my continued long-term sobriety has absolutely been being lucky enough to have Jaclyn as my therapist.”

“I have been in therapy since I was quite young working through serious childhood trauma. But therapy always felt like a crutch to me as opposed to a growth tool. But that changed when I met Jaclyn. I have made more progress with her in a year then I have with many other qualified therapist over multiple decades. She has helped me take strides I never thought possible and I am incredibly grateful for the work we are doing together. I could not recommend her more highly.”

“I started seeing Jaclyn when I was 16 years old and struggling in my high school relationship. I was never fond of talking to people I didn't know, but Jaclyn made confiding in her so easy from the very first appointment (that I refused to talk to her in haha). I am now 19 years old, and the most recent transition Jaclyn has helped me combat was leaving my school of 13 years, to go out of state for college by committing to staying for short amounts at a time. That short time I thought I committed to just turned into 9 months, and it is already time to move out. The progress I have seen in myself, the confidence I have gained, and the amount of self-love I have today could not have been accomplished without Jaclyn.
From the bottom of my heart, I can't thank her enough for the endless support, safe space, and sense of self she has given me these past (nearly) 4 years.”

“Our daughter has been working with Jaclyn for 4 years. During that time, we have witnessed incredible emotional growth and maturity. Jaclyn has helped guide or daughter through some of the typical yet difficult challenges of adolescence and young adulthood - social and academic anxiety, family and relationship struggles, and life transitions - and to reach a level of confidence that we never could have imagined but are overjoyed to see. We are incredibly grateful for Jaclyn’s support during our daughter’s transition to college. She brought calm to the crisis and helped our daughter navigate her overwhelming fears. Today our daughter is more confident, more open to trying new things, and more aware of her self-worth, and she continues to work on all of these areas with Jaclyn.”
