Meet Our Team
Jaclyn Einstein, LCSW, CASAC, CAC
Founder of Einstein Psychotherapy & Lead Therapist
Jaclyn Einstein, founder of Einstein Psychotherapy, is a psychotherapist who has been working in the field for over 15 years. She began her career working in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, and then transitioned to a private psychotherapy practice. Jaclyn is now the founder and lead therapist at Einstein Psychotherapy, where she sees individual clients, and works with her team of associates.
With extensive training at a psychoanalytic institute and years of experience as an addiction counselor, Jaclyn offers an integrative approach that combines insight-oriented psychotherapy with evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. Jaclyn’s goal is to create a supportive, safe space where clients can explore their challenges, build insight, and foster lasting change.
Jaclyn’s Approach & Methods:
In her practice, Jaclyn draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. While these therapeutic techniques are important tools, she believes that the most essential aspect of the therapeutic process is meeting each client exactly where they are, in that moment in time. Jaclyn’s aim as a psychotherapist is to provide a supportive and safe environment where open expression and exploration of thoughts and feelings can freely take place. She believes that with better awareness, we can identify life goals, change undesirable behaviors, improve relationship patterns and achieve greater self-acceptance. Jaclyn believe that a positive therapeutic relationship can create an opportunity for insight, growth, and personal fulfillment. The goal is to help her clients realize their full potential in every capacity of their life.
“I think it is a courageous decision to begin psychotherapy”
