Specialties

  • We help clients manage anxiety and depression using practical, evidence-based tools tailored to their lifestyle. This includes weekly talk therapy sessions, as well as integrating habits like exercise, meditation, walking, journaling, good sleep hygiene, and reducing alcohol or drug use. When appropriate, we connect clients with psychiatric providers for medication support and nutritionists to guide them toward a balanced diet. Together, we create a holistic approach to mental wellness.

  • We help clients improve their communication skills to build healthier and more effective relationships—whether with friends, dating partners, family members, or coworkers. We often use role-play to practice different ways of expressing needs and responding to others, allowing clients to hear how it feels to say things aloud. Sometimes, we also simulate conversations to explore different approaches and build confidence in real-life interactions.

  • We provide consulting and emotional support to clients navigating the complex and often overwhelming world of fertility treatment. We help individuals and couples understand the process of fertility monitoring, medications, timed intercourse, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), and surrogacy. Our goal is to offer clarity, compassion, and informed guidance during what can be a highly emotional and confusing time.

  • We help people navigate life’s big changes—whether it’s moving to a new place, going through relationship shifts, raising kids, or changing careers. We work with clients to build practical, self-care habits and coping skills to handle the stress that comes with these transitions. Together, we focus on finding ways to adjust and grow through life’s ups and downs.

  • We support clients coping with miscarriage and pregnancy loss by helping them navigate the deep and often complex grief that follows. We provide a compassionate space where clients can process their emotions in the moment and explore how their grief affects other areas of their lives—such as their relationships, older children, or subsequent pregnancies. Together, we work to understand and honor their loss while fostering healing and resilience as they move forward.

  • We provide specialized support for individuals and couples navigating the complex, emotional journey of pregnancy after infertility or pregnancy loss. These experiences can bring a unique set of challenges, including heightened anxiety, fear, and difficulty fully embracing the pregnancy or early parenthood. Many who have undergone fertility treatments face higher rates of postpartum depression and anxiety, often because they feel pressure to be “grateful” or “okay” after investing so much time, energy, and hope into building their family.

Our work focuses on helping clients acknowledge and process these feelings without judgment. We support them in openly exploring fears, relationship struggles, and challenges with bonding, creating a safe space where they can express their true experience. Together, we work toward cultivating presence and emotional connection—not only during pregnancy but as they grow into confident, attuned parents.

By addressing these complex emotions early, clients can develop greater self-compassion and build stronger relationships with their partners and children, fostering resilience and well-being for the whole family.

  • We help clients gain insight into their patterns, needs, and desires within their relationships—whether with family, partners, or friends. Often, the most important relationship we focus on is the one they have with themselves.
